Education Outreach

Teacher candidates are involved in many outreach activities through their involvement in Kappa Delta Pi, Education Club, and Collegiate Middle Level Association. Teacher candidates engage in community service, campus activities, departmental social events, and as partners in Hiram Community Trust grants with local schools. Involvement in these groups help Hiram teacher candidates be socially responsible and to develop leadership skills that will serve them well in their careers.
